As an Exclusive 8B Lodge with a Hot Tub, this holiday home is perfect for all year round use, including holiday letting when you’re not able to enjoy it yourself. We can guarantee up to £39,827 in net rental income from 47 weeks of the year after all holiday letting management fees. Pitch fees are payable separately but are free for 2026 with this lodge to give you a great head start. The amount of weeks you make available for letting is entirely up to you; for example, some of our owners only let for 6-10 weeks of the year leaving themselves with 40+ weeks for themselves and the family.
