The holiday home ownership industry is thriving, and we know there are countless hardworking, ethical parks out there. Parklink Approved gives these parks the recognition they deserve—a trusted quality stamp that sets them apart.

What Is Parklink Approved?
This independent accreditation is open to UK holiday parks offering homes for sale. It recognises parks that meet high standards in ownership clarity, site fee transparency, home quality, owner support, and inclusivity.
Accredited parks receive the Parklink Approved Quality Stamp and a digital Certificate of Accreditation to display proudly on-site, in sales materials, and online.

Getting started is simple. Fill out a short form, and we’ll review your park against our five core values. Once approved, we’ll help you share your accreditation.

Parklink Approved is a voluntary trust mark available exclusively to eligible Parklink partner parks. It recognises parks that have publicly committed to the Parklink Approved values, helping buyers identify parks that support transparency, fairness and better holiday home ownership.
Parklink Approved is available to current Parklink partner parks offering holiday homes for sale. If your park is not yet listed on Parklink, you’ll first need to become a Parklink partner before applying for Parklink Approved.
Applying is simple. Complete our short Parklink Approved application form, which takes around five minutes to complete. Applications are reviewed by Parklink, and we’ll normally respond within 72 hours.
Successful applicants receive the official Parklink Approved Trust Mark for use on their website and marketing materials, a digital Parklink Approved Certificate, and inclusion in the Parklink Approved directory, helping buyers recognise your commitment to trust and transparency.
Every Parklink Approved park voluntarily commits to supporting the following five values:

Parklink Approved is a values-led trust mark rather than a formal audit or accreditation scheme. By joining, parks publicly demonstrate their commitment to these principles and to supporting better holiday home ownership.
Parklink Approved is renewed annually. Each year, we’ll ask you to reconfirm your commitment to the five Parklink Approved values. We also reserve the right to review or withdraw Parklink Approved status where a park no longer reflects the values of the scheme or is no longer a current Parklink partner.
