You can opt out of these emails at any time either on the email itself or by contacting us at [email protected]

We use a third-party company called MailChimp to assist us in sending you emails where your email will be safely stored.


How we will use your details to provide you with a service

Holiday home finder service

If you complete our holiday home finder ‘pop up’ form found on the homepage of we will share your contact details and preferences with our partner parks offering a close match to your requirements. By completing and submitting this form, you are giving us permission to share your information. Holiday parks which we share your enquiry with may send you further information on holiday home ownership or make contact to see if they can assist you further. You have the option to sign up to our email updates by checking the relevant box.

Sharing your enquiry with new member Holiday Parks

As new partner parks join our website, we may share your enquiry with them if we feel this will benefit you. The retention period for us keeping your data and sharing with new partner parks will be 12 months. After this period we will remove your data from our system and you will need to re-enquire should you wish to receive information from new member parks.

Individual park enquiry

If you visit a specific park and make an enquiry, your details will only be shared with this particular holiday park to contact you. We will keep your details on file so we can follow up to ensure you receive the information you have requested however we will not share with any other companies or parks without your permission. 

Specific Holiday home message enquiry

If you use our holiday home messenger service to ask a question on a particular holiday home this message will go to the seller direct and to us at Parklink. The seller will contact you to answer the question you asked. We may contact you to see if your enquiry has been successful and to see if we can offer any further help with your enquiry. Here you have the option to sign up for Parklink email updates also by ticking the relevant box.

Property updates

When searching for a property you have the option to sign up for property updates. This will add you to a list then we will share weekly email with you showing properties matching your search criteria. Here you have the option to sign up for Parklink email updates also by ticking the relevant box. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link or by emailing [email protected]

How parks or private sellers will use your information

Park operators and private sellers whom we have shared your contact details with may email or telephone you to provide you with the information and updates you have requested regarding holiday home ownership or your enquiry. By sharing your contact details with us, you are giving permission to receive information from these sellers which will be relevant to your enquiry.


The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but it is important to note that nothing transmitted via the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
