Our Willerby Delamere Lodges are located on our exclusive Cairn Lodge development, these lodges overlook the stunning hills above the historic village of Kenmore, are within two minutes walk to the River Tay (one of the best Salmon rivers in Europe) and Loch Tay where you can enjoy an array of watersports. The Estate itself has an award winning 9 hole golf course, considered to be the best 9 hole course in Perthshire, a fantastic on site delicatessen packed full of local Scottish produce, not to mention the ice-cream counter that sells some of the best locally produced ice cream in the area.

The Delamere is a true home away from home, at 55ft x 22ft, three bedrooms, two of which have double beds with ensuite shower rooms you will not want to go home. The open plan living area comprises of a state of the art kitchen comprising of integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, 5 burner hob and oven as well as your very own wine cooler. The extendable dining table has plenty of room for six and after diner you can relax in the living room on one of the two large sofas where you can look out onto the stunning Scottish scenery and maybe spot a deer or two, or if you are lucky one of the resident Golden Eagles that live in the hills above the village.
