Hi, I’m Mike. I’m selling our much-loved static caravan at Oxwich Bay on the Gower. This is a private sale, not through a dealer, and it’s already sited and ready to use straight away.

The caravan

It’s a 2014 Atlas Ruby, 35ft x 12ft, with 8 years left on the lease (runs until May 2033).

The lounge is a good size with big windows looking out over the countryside, and you can just see the sea in the distance on a clear day.

There’s a separate shower room with a proper power shower, WC and sink.

Outside

The caravan sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few other vans nearby, so it’s peaceful and not overlooked.

The caravan is sited at Greenways, Oxwich Bay, which is a really well-kept and friendly site.

Oxwich Castle is literally about 100 yards away, and Oxwich Bay beach — over a mile of golden sand and dunes — is just down the hill.

You’re right on the Gower Peninsula (AONB), with loads of walks and beaches close by. Rhossili Bay is only about 15 minutes away and needs no introduction.
