Mablethorpe is only a steady 15 minute walk away along the promenade, and Sutton on Sea is only 20 minutes walk away.   Out and about: Dreams bar is at the side of the Holiday Park, and has entertainment at weekends and cash bingo three times a week. Also close by is a Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, restaurant, boating lake and a children's small water park, free a charge. Double glazing, Gas central heating, Combi boiler (new in October 2024), All new beds in 2024 too, double bed underneath the corner unit sofa, Metal Shed and outside tap.   Included in the price; Site fees already paid for 2026 (£3,555), the Water rates, £100 worth of Electricity, there are two gas bottle’s attached to the caravan, annual Gas and Electricity safety checks, and we will also pay the ownership change over fee’s (£3,555). The Holiday Park opens on the second week in March and closes on the last day in October. There is no age limit on keeping the caravan on the Holiday park, as well as it is in good condition.
