We have recently sited a lovely Delta Europa Cypress holiday home which nestles in a lovely bank of trees and established woodland garden. The Europa Cypress is a 32ft x 12 ft 2023 model and is a two bedroomed, fully double glazed and centrally  heated home.  It has an integral fridge and modern fitments throughout.  The layout of this caravan enjoys the special privacy of  an adjacent woodland bank ideal for a garden lover to enjoy.  There is a parking area adjacent to the home and it the Europa Cypress sits on a south facing pitch looking towards Dartmoor. The park is superbly located in mid Devon and almost every attraction in Devon is equidistant and easily accessible in under an hours' drive.  Nichols Nymett offers exceptional peace and quiet and is very tranquil, it is a hidden gem.  Being a small friendly park with only 30 static owner occupied homes,  we do allow for dogs, but limit this to two. Nichols Nymett has been family owned since 1996 and we have only recently had to site this new home due to our very happy customers leaving, having spent well over 20 years with us.
