The Giltar is a beautiful 2-bedroom holiday home and has a licence until 2038! The price includes siting and connections and all gas and electrical testing and certification.
The living room consists of two three-seater sofas, a long footstool, two little footstools and an electric fire, providing plenty of space for the family to relax. The ‘L’- shaped kitchen has a built-in fridge freezer and microwave and ample storage space. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a freestanding dining table with four dining chairs, for the family to sit at when enjoying their meals. The decently sized main bedroom has a dressing table area with a small stool to sit at while getting ready and an ensuite with a toilet. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The Giltar is sited on a corner plot here at Llanrhidian Holiday Park and with the park only being closed from 6th January to 1st February, you can truly make the most of your holiday home!
