Our owners enjoy a 12 month season meaning they can get away when they feel like it.

We require a council tax letter and form of personal ID for every owner to ensure this remains a nice holiday park for all.

Do I have to pay the fees in a lump sum?

• No, you can set up a direct debit and pay it in 10 monthly payments
• The great news is your 2019 site fees are included in the price so you don’t have to worry about fees until 2020.

How can I offset these costs?

• Ocean Edge offers a fantastic sublet Scheme called EasyLet which is a great way to offset your site fees. Owners in 2018 have earned on average £4500 through the Easylet scheme.

Do I have to pay in Cash in Full

There are 3 main ways you can fund your holiday home.

• Cash from savings, inheritance etc.
• Third Party Finance- approach your bank or a high street lender to get your own personal loan
• Our Specialist Caravan Funding Packages- A one stop shop where you fill in one simple form and we do all the rest for you. This option only requires a 10% deposit

How long does the process of buying a caravan take?

• From the point you say Yes to being handed the key to your holiday home takes a mere 2 weeks. We take your chosen Holiday Home and put it on the pitch of your choice.

What Identification do I require?

• Photographic identification for everyone that is going to be on the ownership.
• A copy of your council tax letter with all the names of the potential owners on it.
• It is best to bring all these documents along with you so we can ensure nothing gets in the way of you and your ideal holiday home
