What Is Parklink Approved?
This independent accreditation is open to UK holiday parks offering homes for sale. It recognises parks that meet high standards in ownership clarity, site fee transparency, home quality, owner support, and inclusivity.
Accredited parks receive the Parklink Approved Quality Stamp and a digital Certificate of Accreditation to display proudly on-site, in sales materials, and online.

Parklink Approved is a complimentary badge of trust, exclusively available to Parklink partners, for holiday home selling parks that demonstrate a commitment to fairness, transparency, and customer care. It helps buyers feel confident when choosing your park.
No, it’s included if your park is already listed on Parklink, as it forms part of your package. If you’re not yet listed, please get in touch to find out how to join.
All UK holiday parks can apply. To be accepted, your park must operate ethically and in line with the values of Parklink Approved.
Simply fill in a short self-certification form. It should take no more than 5 minutes.
The scheme is honesty-based. We trust you to answer the questions fairly. Applications are reviewed by Parklink, and you’ll normally hear back within 72 hours.
You’ll receive:
• The official Parklink Approved badge to display on your website (linked to
the Parklink approved page)
• A digital certificate (you’re welcome to print and frame it – we
recommend displaying it where buyers will see it).
• Your park will also appear on our Parklink Approved page with the
badge, providing greater exposure on the Parklink portal.
Approval is a one-off process – but we do carry out spot website checks. We also reserve the right to withdraw approval if a park misrepresents itself or no longer meets the values of the scheme.
Yes, the badge can be used across your marketing (website, brochures, and social media). The only requirement is that it must link back to parklink.uk when used online.
If a park is found to have misled buyers or failed to uphold the scheme’s values, we will revoke its Parklink Approved status and request the removal of our badge from the park’s website.
