We are The Tiny Housing Co, a manufacturer of greener cleaner holiday lets balanced with smart design for luxury and modern living. We’ve been manufacturing for over 3 years and choose to take on small to medium sites offering personal support to thoughtfully design and develop your site right through to siting and set up to take away the stress and to get you excited about your new holiday site!

We don’t believe in withholding these technologies when we have a responsibility and duty to reduce the UK carbon emissions and to ensure complete comfort for the end user.
3. We are allergy and asthma friendly. Our glues, paints and silicone are all non-toxic and designed for cleaner healthier air inside the home.

Whether you have a niche idea with quirky stays such as a tiny house holiday right through to a modern lodge site. We can cater to everyone. Our sizes begin at 3m W x 6m L and up to 6m W to 12 mL with one, two and three-bedroom options.

We actively choose to support personalised sites helping those who are new to the industry and require an extra helping hand from site planning, groundwork’s, utilities, siting and set-up right through to marketing support.
