We use a local trusted company called Pattersons to ensure the chassis is the best quality. Bespoke lodges built by Beverley Park Homes
As most of our homes are bespoke we understand that each park home is unique.
A robust & solid construction as standard
Our external walls are made up of the following;
- Painted V grooved 9mm moisture resistant MDF
- 38mm x 98mm scandinavian redwood pine with 80mm thick high-quality insulation
- 11mm thick OSB board
- Breathable membrane
- 21mm breather lath
- Pine, cedar or Canexel
This makes for an external wall thickness of well over 6” (157mm) we find this offers an excellent level of insulation and makes for a very solid overall structure.
Roof systems which offer strength & flexibility
Our roofs are made up of the following;
- Painted V grooved 9mm moisture resistant MDF
- 100mm high quality insulation or 200mm for our BS3632 builds
- Breathable membrane
- 25mm tile lath
- Roof tile, i.e. metrotile that comes with the added security of a 40-year weather proof guarantee
As we produce all our roof spars in house, this gives us added strength and greater flexibility.
