The Norwood 40 x 13ft is a luxury holiday home.  The lodge has 1 master bedroom with ensuite shower room and toilet and a dressing area, the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the lodge also has a family bathroom. The open plan living room/kitchen comes equipped with all modern built-in appliances such as oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also comes with dining table and an inventory pack which includes all your essential items such as crockery, cutlery, pots, and cooking pans.  The living area comes with twin 2 seat sofas, TV stand with a smart 32inch TV with Wi-Fi capability.

Also, your new holiday lodge comes with all bedding, pillows, and towels to get your started.  The lodge comes with its own private parking area, decking and private hot tub which we heat up for you before you arrive so you and your guests can just put your bags down and get straight in.  Also, included is outdoor furniture to relax outside on those sunny days

At Maesmawr Farm Resort you can also let your property when you’re not using it through our holiday letting scheme.  We manage the whole process on your behalf, from initial booking, preparing the lodge for your guests, to cleaning the hot tub and lodge when the guests leave, everything is done for you.
