Will leave all the appliances. Outside decking with furniture which will also be left and it has a shed for your private belongings.
It’s just had a deep clean inside and outside. We’ve had it for the last 5 years, it does need some wallpaper by the 3rd bedroom.
Its still in a nice condition.
We are having to sell due to work commitments and unable to travel. Its located on the Parkdean Heacham Beach site in Norfolk.
We currently let it out through a Norfolk based holiday company when we cant use it, this covers the rent for the year and we have a few bookings already if you wanted to keep that deal.
