Pen Y Banc Woods is located within 2 miles of the historic market town of Llanidloes, with panoramic views over the unspoiled  countryside to the Cambrian Mountains of Mid Wales,  The Hafren Forest and the source of the River Severn are a few miles away in the Plynlimon hills from the park to enjoy a day outdoors with nature. Llanidloes is centrally located to explore further afield with Snowdonia to the north, beautiful beaches 30 miles to the west and the Brecon Beacons to the south.

The park is dog friendly and we have plenty of walks on our doorstep to take your little friends out.
