Our beautiful static caravan in Blue Anchor, Somerset is reluctantly for sale.
Our company purchased it in 2020 when our management team were working hard to keep or business running during COVID, without the ability of enjoying their normal holiday time, due to travel restrictions. We affectionately named it ‘grounded’.
Therefore this caravan has had just a small handful of our management team enjoy some important weeks away when they needed it the most so still feels brand new! This Carnaby Oakdale CL, 37ft x 12ft, 2020 year static caravan has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 6.
You can rent the static out for income or just enjoy it yourself for holidays or both! There is a 15-year age limit on caravans on this site, so only being just 2 years old, there are plenty of years left to enjoy.
The beauty of this caravan is it has 2 good sized bedrooms, at either end of the caravan, both with en suite shower bathrooms. One bedroom has as double bed, with wardrobes and dressing table and the other has 2 good sized twin beds with a wardrobe. The final 2 guests, are able to sleep on the pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
All rooms have gas central heating and there is an fire effect electric heater in the lounge.
The TV is sunken into the unit in the Lounge which can automatically be raised up and down.
The fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker & hob and large fridge freezer (50/50) is open plan with the dining area with table & chairs seating 4.
There is also a small utility area that provides ample room for coats & shoes and also houses the microwave, dishwasher & additional cupboard space.
The lounge has comfortable seating and lots of space to relax.
Outside there is a lovely decked area which has 4 chairs, table & parasol, included within the price, enabling you to enjoy the sea views.
There is also a large secure cabinet to the side of the caravan helping you keep things safely stowed outside of the caravan.
It is situated on the much desired Hoburne Holiday Park in Blue Anchor, famous for its Somerset Railway links and as a park that is open 11 months and 4 weekends of the year, it has a high percentage of owners, giving it a real community feel.
