It is all ready for you to move in, worry free.
Since purchasing the lodge we have kept the sofas covered, as well as placing extra carpets on the walk ways to keep the main carpets as ‘new’, we have done this from day one, so the lodge is ‘as new’ with improvements. The lodge has never been rented out and has only used by family and friends. A no smoking policy has always been in operation. There is also private parking for lodge owners.
The use of Riviera Bay’s heated indoor swimming pool and park entertainments are included and are located within a short walk of the lodge, but are far enough away to ensure they do not intrude on the ambience of the relaxed and private atmosphere of the lodge. A private gate leads onto the coastal path, which in one direction leads you to Landscove Park and to Berry Head Fort and Battery and in the other direction leads you to St. Marys Bay. Brixham harbour is only 10 minutes walk away.
You can also use Landscove Park facilities, which also has an outdoor pool and entertainment available to you.
