The interior of the Debonair 10 embodies the essence of country home living. In the lounge, you’ll find freestanding 2 and 3 seater settees adorned with cosy fabrics and complemented by stag and bolster cushions for a touch of rustic charm. Adding to the ambience is a log-burner style electric fire set within a traditional mantelpiece.
Moving to the dining area, a farmhouse-style table is paired with matching chairs, seamlessly extending the country theme throughout the space.
The fully fitted farmhouse-style kitchen boasts integrated appliances including an oven, 5-ring gas hob, electric cooker hood, and fridge freezer. The kitchen units feature a combination of standard and glass-fronted doors, lending an elegant touch to the overall design.
The Debonair 10, illustrated in the 38ft x 12ft model, includes a sliding patio door.

The master bedroom in the Debonair 10 exudes traditional style with its beautiful built-in furniture and king-size bed. Natural light streams in through the large three-quarter height window, while the ensuite offers a wash basin and WC for added convenience.
The second bedroom features two single beds and a built-in wardrobe with overbed storage. For additional sleeping options, a 3-bedroom model is also available.
The main shower room includes a spacious shower cubicle, stylish countertop wash basin with storage cabinet, WC, and external extractor fan.
Completing the accommodation, the ensuite to the master bedroom offers a wash basin with a mirror above and WC.
Coldstream Holiday Park is located above the banks of the river Tweed, in the iconic Scottish Borders town of Coldstream. A pleasant 10 minute walk takes you to the town centre where there are fantastic local amenities including shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and take away. The Hirsel estate and Hirsel Golf Course are practically on our doorstep. Coldstream is a great base for exploring the rolling countryside, stunning coastlines and vibrant towns of both Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
Our park is open 11 1/2 months of the year, all new caravans are sold with a 25 year BH&HPA site licence agreement. Our site fee’s for 2024 are £3,550. Mains Gas and Electric are billed to owners quarterly. Part exchanges of touring caravans or motorhomes are welcome. Or holiday homes are for Holiday use only, not residential.Â
